Front Desk Associate – skoah Oak Forest

Our front desk team (Skin Care Coaches (SCCs)) are not just receptionists — they are membership consultants, retail advocates, and operational anchors who help drive the performance of the entire shop.

We’re looking for someone warm, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead guest check-in and check-out experience with professionalism and warmth
• Drive rebooking, membership conversations, and retail recommendations
• Manage scheduling, notes, and accuracy in Mindbody
• Support estheticians in delivering seamless, high-level service
• Follow up with leads and paused members
• Maintain clean documentation and operational standards
• Contribute to shop KPIs (conversion, rebooking, retention)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, medical, spa, etc.)
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale
• Comfortable with rebooking and communicating our services and products
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident multitasker who stays calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in an environment where goals and metrics are tracked
• Weekend availability required
• Experience with POS/booking systems (Mindbody a plus)
