This is a permanent full-time role.
Ng Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Mu | What You'll Do
Assess property loss or damage claims, accurately determining repair, replacement or reinstatement costs.
Manage end-to-end claims activities, including reporting, referrals and settlement negotiations in line with policy and delegated authority.
Engage directly with customers to explain assessments, negotiate outcomes and deliver a high standard of service during sensitive situations.
Coordinate repairs and replacements by working with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation while handling sensitive information with discretion and attention to detail.

Proficiency in accurately assessing replacement, repair, or reinstatement costs and adept negotiation of indemnity settlements.
Technical expertise pertinent to property assessment.
Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service and effectively addressing customer needs.
Strong ability to cultivate productive relationships with everyone
Goal-oriented with a continuous pursuit of process enhancements.
