As part of our continued international success story, we are looking for a driven and relationship‑oriented
Specification & Project Sales Manager
- based in the Stockholm Area -
In this strategic sales role, you will focus on the Swedish building project and contract market. Your mission: build lasting relationships with architects, designers, public institutions, and investors — and drive specifications of our flooring products in key construction projects.
Your role:
- Develop and manage a strong customer network in the Stockholm region to win specifications and achieve regional sales targets.
- Build proactive relationships with architects, local authorities, project developers, floor layers, and other stakeholders involved in flooring decisions.
- Manage buying customers (floor layers, contractors) to meet sales objectives and ensure project success for the region.
- Track and document project pipelines throughout the full project lifecycle, including updates in the CRM system.
- Monitor market and competitor activities, identifying trends, product developments, and opportunities.
- Organise and participate in customer events and trade shows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in comparable sales role in the building materials / construction industry.
- A strong track record in winning specifications and an established network in the local A&D community.
- A proactive self-starter attitude and a talent for new customer acquisition.
- The flexibility to quickly to adapt to different people and management levels
- Solid CRM skills and a good self-organisation.
- A very good command of Swedish and good English skills.
