Staff Accountant/Offshore

Responsibilities:
- A to Z accounting for our QBO clients who are multi-unit franchise bakery owners

- Revenue and stats data uploads from a proprietary platform
- Bank Feeds coding and reconciliations
- Credit Card coding and reconciliations
- Payroll processing for select clients and coding JEs
- Month-end accruals
- Intercompany allocations and reconciliations
- QBO and Fathom month-end reports

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial report interpretation and analysis
- Intercompany allocations experience
- Ability to perform complex journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
- QuickBooks Proadvisor highly preferred
- Payroll processing and coding experience is a must
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about financial issues

Pay: Php5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
