Stay-In Chef

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conferring with clients to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.

Preparing customized meal plans for clients based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.

Shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment.

Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality.

Preparing meals in clients' kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations.

Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.

Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date.

Providing clients with written or verbal instructions on how to heat meals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- With at least 5 years culinary work experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel.

- Willing to do cooking demo

- Knowledgeable in cooking different types of cuisines

- With good working attitude

- With a strong understanding of nutrition

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Detail oriented

- Effective communication skills

- STAY-IN SET-UP

- LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE COOK FOR A HOUSEHOLD LOCATED AT FORBES MAKATI BUT TEMPORARY IN AYALA ALABANG

- MUST HAVE A WORK EXPERIENCE AS PRIVATE COOK / CHEF

- MUST RESIDE NEAR FORBES PARK OR WILLING TO TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH

- MUST KNOW HOW TO COOK HEALTHY FOODS, GLUTEN FREE, NO PRESERVATIVES, NO SUGAR ETC.

- CAN PREPARE ORGANIC MEALS

- Considered applicant must be willing to do demo (cook dishes to know the skills)

- Work schedule is 6 days a week; 1 day off per week; pwede magpaalam mag dayoff once a week. Kapag hindi nagdayoff is paid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
