ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within our Transport Team supporting the Thames Coromandel Roading Maintenance contract. You will be part of a strong and stable team responsible for providing traffic management as per the relevant code, ensuring that all legal and contractual requirements are met. You will be responsible for running the traffic management crew, maintaining the sites and crew as well as delivering timeframes.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role you will have your Relevant Site Traffic Management Qualification (STMS Qualification Level 1/CAT AB STMS. A valid Class 2 driver’s license is preferred, and a reasonable level of computer literacy is expected. You will need to be physically fit and willing to work early hours and under different weather conditions, as well as the below.
- Hold a minimum Class 1 Full Licence
- Must hold a minimum STMS Cat A practicing qualification
- Relevant experience advantageous
- Genuinely care about your own safety, along with the safety of people you meet each day
- Have a great attitude must be a good team player
- Ability to lead set up of temporary sites to provide a safe work environment for workers & public
- An unwavering commitment toward living safely and using Ventia values
