Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager - Llaollao

Location: Baguio

Job Summary:
As a Store Manager at Llaollao, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and the achievement of sales goals. You’ll lead a team to deliver the Llaollao experience, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and store presentation. You will also manage inventory, staffing, and day-to-day activities to ensure a successful operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Llaollao’s brand values.
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing the store, inventory management, and ensuring product availability.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of Llaollao’s frozen yogurt and toppings to ensure high-quality standards.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
• Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Train and develop store staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Create work schedules, manage attendance, and address staff concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the store is always fully stocked with yogurt, toppings, and other essential products.
• Implement promotions and special offers in-store to drive sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or foodservice management (preferably in the hospitality or quick-service industry).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and basic financial management.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Previous experience with frozen yogurt or similar food product management is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
