Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the store, ensuring smooth daily activities, excellent customer service, adherence to company policies, and achievement of sales and operational targets. The role includes supervision of staff, inventory control, financial management, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Implement and monitor company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure store facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
2. Sales and Financial Management
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and expense controls.
- Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports.
- Recommend and implement sales promotions or cost-saving initiatives.
3. Inventory and Stock Control
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
4. Staff Management
- Supervise and schedule store personnel to ensure adequate staffing.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
- Enforce discipline and maintain high morale within the team.
- Promote teamwork and a customer-oriented culture.
5. Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience that supports brand loyalty.
6. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and occupational health standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate corrective actions for nonconformances.
- Ensure all permits, licenses, and documentation are updated.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Fast Food or related industry.
- Experience in inventory control, customer service, and staff management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and POS systems.
Personal Attributes:
- Responsible, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
