Store Manager – Beauty Retail / Human Hair & Wigs

HIHAIR is hiring a Store Manager for our Town East Mall location!

HIHAIR is a growing human hair, wigs, and beauty retail brand from Los Angeles. We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and sales-driven Store Manager to lead our Town East Mall store in Mesquite, TX.

The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, strong customer service skills, leadership ability, and an interest in beauty, wigs, hair extensions, or fashion. This person should be comfortable managing daily store operations, leading part-time staff, helping customers, maintaining inventory, and supporting social media content for the store.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Recommend wigs, bundles, and hair products based on customer needs
• Drive daily and monthly sales goals
• Train and support part-time sales associates
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually attractive
• Manage product displays, price tags, and promotions
• Track inventory and report low-stock items
• Handle POS transactions, cash, and basic store reports
• Support Instagram/TikTok content, including product photos and short videos
• Respond to basic customer questions and store messages when needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment

Requirements:

• Retail sales experience required
• Store manager, assistant manager, or key holder experience preferred
• Beauty, hair, wig, cosmetics, fashion, or mall retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working weekends and mall retail hours
• Basic social media comfort is a plus
• Must be sales-driven and willing to learn about HIHAIR products

Preferred Experience:

• Beauty supply, wig store, hair store, cosmetics, fashion, or jewelry sales
• Retail leadership or assistant manager experience
• POS and cash handling experience
• Inventory and visual display experience
