As we continue our ambitious expansion through 2026 and beyond, we are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Swords store and play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of the brand.

The role

Leadership & People Development

• Lead from the front, setting the standard for exceptional service and brand representation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through regular 1-to-1s, clear feedback, and meaningful recognition.
• Ensure all new team members complete comprehensive onboarding and are trained to Dylan Oaks standards.
• Create a positive, empowering environment where individuals feel supported, inspired, and motivated to grow.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

• Partner closely with the Retail Operations Team to implement local business strategies and consistently exceed performance targets.
• Participate in weekly Store Manager forums, sharing insights, analysing performance, and driving action plans.
• Deliver store rotas on time and within budget, balancing commercial needs with team wellbeing.
• Maintain robust operational standards, including cash handling, inventory control, and store reporting.

Customer Experience & Sales Leadership

• Champion an unforgettable, luxury-led customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Inspire your team to deliver personalised, customer-centric service that drives conversion and loyalty.
• Implement customer-led sales strategies to maximise opportunities and consistently achieve targets.

Community & Brand Presence

• Build meaningful connections within the local community through curated in-store events and experiences.
• Act as a brand ambassador, driving awareness, engagement, and emotional connection to Dylan Oaks.

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

• Ensure the store environment consistently reflects Dylan Oaks’ premium aesthetic and brand vision.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards through strong leadership and attention to detail.
