The Store Manager leads and supports the team in achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with colleagues across the boutique, the role ensures operational excellence, continuous team development, and a store environment that consistently reflects the Eden Rock Boutique brand values.

In this leadership role, the Store Manager upholds our brand values at all times, promoting a positive and high-performing culture through an enthusiastic and supportive leadership style. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities of retail management, this role actively contributes to enhancing the reputation and overall excellence of the property.

This role is responsible for the overall commercial performance and day-to-day running of the boutique, including sales growth, team leadership, client experience, visual standards and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and successfully achieve sales and event targets.
  • Deliver exceptional service in line with Eden Rock standards by warmly welcoming guests, proactively offering assistance, responding confidently to enquiries, and ensuring a seamless and thoughtful point-of-sale experience, including gift wrapping and packaging.
  • Enhance the client experience by proactively informing guests of in-store events, exclusive launches and collaborations, deepening engagement with the Eden Rock Boutique.
  • Monitor and analyse client spending patterns to identify opportunities for personalised outreach, deeper engagement and increased share of wallet.
  • Increase new client acquisition by leveraging personalised client outreach, referrals and networking.
  • Maintain a visible and supportive leadership presence on the shop floor, resolving client concerns with professionalism and supporting the smooth daily operation of the boutique.
  • Lead team organisation and planning, ensuring clear priorities and seamless day-to-day execution of activities.
  • Create and maintain a positive, motivated and safe working environment, managing team matters with discretion, fairness and in accordance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Support the sales team throughout the full selling journey, including merchandising, replenishment, stock retrieval and maintaining an organised stockroom.
  • Ensure the sales floor is impeccably presented at all times, with all retail supplies (bags, boxes, notecards, ribbon, POS materials, etc.) fully stocked and visual standards consistently
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as required, contributing flexibly to the overall success of the boutique.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ retail management experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and open-minded, with the ability to embrace an evolving brand culture and grow with the business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge and genuine interest in fashion and luxury retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 15-20 lbs.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
