STORE MANAGER | STOCKHOLM BRAND CENTER

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
- Deliver a premium consumer experience by leading from the front on the sales floor
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve high performance and engagement
- Analyze store performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in-store communication
- Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong execution of policies and procedures
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and service levels
- Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and development of store team members
- Build a strong team culture with clear expectations, regular feedback, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with District and Retail teams to drive business success and share best practices
WHO YOU ARE:
- A passionate retailer with solid experience in store management and leading teams
- A strong leader who leads by example and thrives on the shop floor
- Commercially driven with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
- Skilled in analyzing performance data and turning insights into action
- A natural coach who develops talent and builds high-performing teams
- A true brand ambassador who lives and breathes the adidas values
- Fluent in English; Swedish and additional Nordic languages are a plus
