Store Manager/Supervisor

Best Fresh is looking for Store Manager ASAP !!

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and extending our customer network.

Duties involves :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and stock management.
• Deal with suppliers to negotiate contract ensuring all stock purchase and price setting lead to profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, daily reconciliations, and salesreporting.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualification in Management/ Business/ Retail (Bachelor level)

OR

Relevant experience in the relevant industry minimum 6 months

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Candidate should be able to operate autonomously and ability to independently manage business. You will be required to work on some Weekends during Store operational hours between 9 am to 9pm

We provide competitive hourly rate $25 to $35 per hour depending on your work experience . Work hours vary from 30 to 45 per week.
