Store Planner /Draftsman- Isetann Recto

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the development and implementation of interior and exterior design and layout strategies to enhance the company’s image by creating a pleasing environment for customers and employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Functional

1. Ensures that the desired store image is well presented in creative store layout and visual merchandise display for window, interior, exterior and special events.

2. Ensures proper execution of all major and minor projects through proper planning in order to minimize costs.

3. Determines fixtures for a regular remake-up.

4. Determines disposition of used fixtures, props and decorations: for recycling, safekeeping for future use of for disposal.

5. Conducts research on the current store layout and design.

6. Coordinates with the Department Store Merchandising Division, Leasing Division and Store Department on concessionaires’ and supplier’s area improvement and measurements.

7. Ensures that the work is properly cleaned and cleared of all fire hazards at all times.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Architecture.

AutoCAD skills a must.

With related Retail/Visual Merchandising Experience

With experience in handling store carpentry work
