STORE SUPERVISOR – THE PANTREE MODERN CAFETERIA

Summary:
The Store Supervisor helps lead The Pantree’s daily operations, ensuring every guest enjoys good food and good mood. This role supports the team, maintains service and quality standards, and ensures smooth and efficient store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure The Pantree standards are consistently met
• Lead and guide the team during shifts with a positive, service-first attitude
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory checks, ordering, and stock rotation
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, solution-focused manner
• Monitor cash handling, sales reports, and POS transactions
• Uphold store policies, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate daily updates, issues, and performance insights to Management

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service, café, or restaurant operations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and team-oriented
• Passionate about good food, great service, and creating a welcoming Pantree experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
