JOB OVERVIEW

The Strategic Planner in AdSpark is expected to be an end-to-end planner. Champions the voice of consumers. Draws inspiration from trend reports & researches to develop insights and hypothesis to help shape both comms and media strategies. He/she will spearhead the strategic direction of campaign briefs in terms of communication approach, media strategy, channel usage, and data storytelling.

The Strategic Planner ensures global and regional benchmarks and practices are being applied across integrated adtech platforms. And that proposed strategic plans maximize client budgets according to set objectives, while ensuring internal revenue commitments based on AdSpark’s targets.

Being more senior, this individual has earned the trust and respect of team members and has the capability to mentor the more junior members of the team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively digests briefs and identify points for integration with other business units (ie. Creatives).
  • Creates strategic proposals aligned with clients’ briefs and objectives, as well as effectively identify the best possible solutions.
  • Ensures that solutions proposed take into account the products and services of BCI/917Ventures.
  • Ensures that KPI’s are properly set and can be met by the solutions offered to clients.
  • Can easily identify potential hurdles for the business and take the lead on solving them
  • Leads consumer behavioral and media audience data insighting
  • Stays abreast with the latest innovations in adtech and consumer behavior
  • Forge strong relationships internally with other business units and with mid-level marketing clients

Secondary Education

Vocational - Technical Education | Technical Certification

✔ Graduate Degree (Bachelors’ Degree)

Post-Graduate Degree

Specialization:
Preferably Advertising, Communications, Economics, or Business Administration related undergraduate course. Masteral degree is a definite plus.

Relevant Work experience

Prior Work Experience not required

✔ With three to five (3-5) Years of Relevant Experience
