Job Description

• To support the formulation and execution of the Global Corporate & Investment Banking strategy of the Bank for the APAC region

• To support regional and headquarters management by extracting data and creating periodical reports and presentation materials

• To assist in the planning and coordination of internal and external conferences and meetings

• To help manage internal control matters for APAC region in collaboration with other teams

• To learn about different product group and business lines across the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division

• To collaborate with various stakeholders from different teams and countries on strategic assignments

• To provide assistance on ad-hoc projects and tasks such as pitch book creation

Job Requirements

• Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Team player who is able to collaborate well with different stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

• Can-do attitude and ability to learn new topics quickly

• Self-starter, meticulous, resourceful and creative

• Keen eye for details, good organisation skills and desire to deliver top quality output
