Strategic Process Developer To Lindex

We are looking for an Strategic process developer to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central Station!).

Your role in our team

You are part of our Strategic planning team at our Finance department and you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. As Strategic process developer, you support and contribute to Lindex’s growth; you lead and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, analyse, design and optimize business processes together with stakeholders across the organization to reach strategic targets.

Here are some more examples of what’s included: You will lead and facilitate cross-functional process improvement and initiatives, analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Together with the organization you design and implement new processes that support strategic objectives and enhance performance and efficiency. You maintain process documentation and frameworks and support change management efforts and training related to new processes.

Academic degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
Proven experience in process development, operational excellence, business transformation or strategy execution
Strong analytical skills and project management experience
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
