Job Description
You will be part of the team supporting strategic projects, managing business & operations cadences, and working closely with internal teams to:
- Prepare strategy decks for senior management updates.
- Conduct research and assist in the crafting of various strategy materials (e.g. Go-to-market decks, Business Solutions decks).
- Create and design both internal and external communication materials for the SBG (e.g. Posters, EDM, Videos).
- Coordinate the logistics for Enterprise leadership & community engagement (e.g. Leadership Meetings, Townhalls.
- Assist in planning and coordinating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities.
- Draft social media comms and marketing contents to raise the social profile and visibility of the SBG Managing Partner as well as other senior leaders in the SBG.
You will be:
- Support the planning and execution of Impact Events, including the Enterprise Track and exhibition booths
- Contribute to internal engagement events such as the Enterprise FY Kick-off Townhall and Quarterly Business Updates
- Assist in the development of B2B marketing and communication materials, including go-to-market (GTM) decks, proposal decks, and client case studies
Qualifications
- Excellent PowerPoint & Visual Skills
- Organised & Structured Thinking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
- Strong editorial skills
- Good Design (Poster/Infographics) and Video Editing Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in a team
- Adaptable and flexible, able to take on different ad-hoc tasks whenever required
- Some leadership and experience in marketing and comms will be advantageous
