What you will do:

  • Agentic-First Innovation: Design and implement "agentic-first" documentation and AI-assisted tooling to automate workflows and optimize team efficiency.
  • Program Governance: Establish and maintain robust governance structures for high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive scans and market trend analysis to define product strategies, go-to-market approach, and competitive positioning
  • Strategy to Execution: Inter-operate between technical product & engineering teams and strategists to translate business strategy into tangible business outcomes and value.
  • Financial Storytelling: Leverage business acumen to translate financial performance and ROI trade-offs into compelling narratives, ensuring the value of new initiatives and investments is clearly understood by leadership.
  • Systems Integration & Planning: Act as a systems thinker to maximize value delivery across strategic planning, strategic initiatives, and organizational evolution.

What you bring

  • Strategy Powerhouse: 5-7 years of experience in management consulting (ex-consulting preferred) or a high-growth corporate strategy role.
  • Financial & Business Mastery: Advanced acumen in financial modeling, business case and ROI analysis to support data-driven decision-making for large-scale investments.
  • Framework Architect: Proven track record of building strategic frameworks and business cases for complex, customer-facing digital products.
  • Operational Excellence: Deep expertise in driving process efficiency through the creation of modern tooling and automated documentation systems.
  • Agile Mindset: Experience in agile environments with the ability to thrive amidst evolving priorities and fast-paced delivery cycles.
  • Stakeholder Influencer: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An innovative mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive a project from a successful feature to a foundational platform.
  • Change Agent: Demonstrated experience in change management and driving leadership and executive interlock across diverse teams during large-scale transformations.
