Your Role
As a Summer Public Relations Intern in Gensler's Los Angeles office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.
This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program. This position is not remote.
What You Will Do
- Assist with press opportunities and help with the development of press materials (briefing documents, pitches, internal e-mail blasts, pitch lists, etc.)
- Review publications for editorial opportunities and contributed content ideas
- Assist in maintaining company Intranet, media lists, editorial calendars, PR editorial tracking charts, and clippings
- Help coordinate efforts to promote Gensler and the Los Angeles office through appropriate awards programs, collaborating with the rest of the PR and Marketing team
- Support Gensler Los Angeles social media strategy (influencer outreach, current trend research) and help create published content (images, video, and copy)
Your Qualifications
- You have completed your second year and are working towards a Bachelor’s degree in the Communications or Marketing fields, or related disciplines. This is not an entry-level position for recent graduates.
- Strong command of grammar and great written communication skills
- Adobe InDesign skills are a plus
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word

- Able to balance multiple projects with high attention to detail and respect for client confidentiality
- Comfortable in a professional, fast-paced, collaborative office environment
