• Please note the summer intern roles are quite intense and for this reason applicants will be invited in for a 30 minute computer assessment. The assessment is designed to assess candidates ability to pay attention to detail whilst working under pressure.

City Realtor is a multi award winning, independent estate agency specialising in residential lettings, sales, and property management.

We are looking for summer interns to assist our teams with the following:

Job Description:

• Office administrative tasks such as drafting tenancy agreements, refund forms etc.
• Inputting data on to spreadsheets
• Answering phone calls and relaying messages to the correct team
• Greeting customers
• Visiting properties, carrying out inspections
• Liaising with multitude of teams and external contractors
• Registering applicants and identifying their needs/requirements
• Working with different software programmes
• All other tasks as needed to carry out this role successfully

Person Specification:

To be considered for this role you must possess the following key skills and experience:

• Strong demonstrative IT and administrative skills
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Confident and self motivated
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent personal presentation and conduct
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• An organised and methodical approach

Please note these are temporary summer positions ideally suited to University students. Summer is our busiest period and as such we are looking for interns that can come and hit the ground running and commit to the whole summer period. Minimal training is provided. Must have strong IT, communication and customer service skills.
