Responsibilities:

• Support assessment and development of customer-facing tools including new BDM Evidence Chapters.
• • Evaluate customer-facing tools from different teams to determine consistent content and brand approach.
  • Partner with creative agencies to update tools and templates.
  • Partner with ETO to develop a content repository to act as single source of truth to avoid inefficiencies caused by creating duplicate content or content inconsistent with company messages/priorities.
  • Sunset and remove all legacy content.

• Customer-facing data process documentation associated with large pharma requests: For data in proposals, customer-facing decks and large pharma ESG requests, create control-like document to ensure repeatability and scalability of content.

Harvest current data sources and SME owners.

Align validation/source controls.

• Create scalable and replicable approach aligned with BDM and proposals

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $18to $20 an hour. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Qualifications

Your skills & expertise

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or similar
• Past internship experience, project experience, or coursework in brand management / marketing, content development or data administration/analysis experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Knowledge or understanding of the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18 to $20. The range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
