Summer Sales Representative (Students & Young Professionals)

We are hiring motivated students and young professionals for a full-time, in-person summer sales position. This role involves door-to-door customer engagement and is ideal for individuals looking to earn strong income, build confidence, and develop real-world communication skills over the summer.

No prior sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations
• Present and explain company products or services clearly
• Work outdoors in assigned neighborhoods
• Track leads and results using provided tools
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Compensation

• Commission-based pay with uncapped earnings
• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $2,500 per week
• Performance bonuses available

Candidate Profile

• Students on summer break or recent graduates
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Able to work full-time during the summer months
• Willing to work outdoors and walk for extended periods

Sales experience is not required. Training will be provided.
