Equipment coordinator role supports the EMEA Supercharger deployment team from Tilburg. This dynamic role will support the Supercharger deployment team with sourcing of required products and equipment to build Supercharger sites. You will play a central role in the day to day operations of planning, order processing and delivery of goods to the locations. Beside this there is a drive to continuously improve the process and develop optimizations in the processed and tools involved.
Your primary responsibilities are (i) maintaining healthy stock levels based on demand planning and historical deployment data, (ii) supporting on quality control (iii) creating and maintaining proper documentation of all parts made available within the deployment catalogs
Be involved in the full cycle of supercharger network expansion We are looking for a creative and strong minded professional that can seek out improvements as well as work on operational task and projects.
What You'll Do
- Help identify and quantify improvements for the process withing supply chain and system ordering processes
- Support the deployment team on maintaining correct stock levels
- Create overviews on existing deployment parts
- Spot imperfections and identify potential risks in supply chain coordination
- Monitor feedback from deployment managers
- Support the team in handling order requests
- Support in the development of documentation, and guidelines
- Work with a multitude of different regions across the European market
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's Degree (preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration)
- Level C1 in English (Dutch is a plus)
- A strong passion for advancing sustainable solutions and logistics
- A drive to stay at the forefront of emerging market trends and cutting-edge technology
- Enthusiastic, energetic personality with a can-do attitude, open to do anything
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a passion for problem-solving and executing tasks in a structured and efficient manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new processes & work across multiple systems and platforms
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and business partners
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
