Supply Chain Data Analyst

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will join the analytics team to uncover business improvement opportunities, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and analyze internal and external data. Candidates should have a strong technical foundation and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the preparation of business data analyses, including gathering, validating, and organizing relevant data and information.
• Perform preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, including data mapping for data warehouse and data lake processes.
• Develop data visualizations, reports, and interactive dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven insights and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business improvement opportunities and document both new and existing processes.
• Manage and maintain the DataMart library, App Catalogue, and Training Materials in SharePoint.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip teams with data tools and reporting best practices.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Design, model, and manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, and data models.
• Perform data analysis using Power BI, Python, and Excel.
• Present analytical findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Support the migration of existing Qlik reports to Power BI.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role utilizing SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong adaptability to change, with the ability to translate high-level objectives into detailed analytical approaches
• Solid understanding of data analytics methodologies and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications
• Intermediate to advanced mathematical skills, including knowledge of statistics and algebra, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php44,000.00 per month
