Job Summary

The Supply Chain & Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth, consistent running of plant operations, distribution, and business development efforts. This role will also help build the performance tracking systems that support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations to ensure consistent production output and minimize unscheduled downtime
• Oversee distribution and logistics planning to meet sales and delivery targets
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key operational metrics
• Identify and lead process improvements across production, logistics, and inventory management
• Support business development efforts, including identifying and onboarding new clients or distribution channels
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Take on additional operational projects and responsibilities as the company's needs evolve

Qualifications

• Proven Capability displayed in Projects or Work Experience
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or supply chain roles, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing
• Experience working with ERP or operational systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working directly on the production floor when needed
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across teams and external partners

Nice to Have

• Experience building reports or dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
• Comfort using digital tools, automation, or AI-based tools to build simple internal tools or trackers

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
