Sushi Chef

We are currently looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in Leeuwarden/Groningen on a full-time basis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
• Skilled in preparing nigiri, maki, sashimi, and specialty rolls
• Good knowledge of fresh fish handling and knife techniques
• Ability to work according to hygiene and food safety standards
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
