Looking for part time & full time SUSHI BAR & Kitchen assistant(s) to join our family run, fast paced sushi restaurant in Chilliwack. Hana sushi restaurant. Est.1996

Schedules available

• Half day shifts (closing/opening)
• Day shift / afternoon-evening shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to established recipes and standards
• Assistant to sushi chef
• Preparation of washing rice, cooking rice, mixing rice.
• Preparation of fishes, rice rolls etc...
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in all forms of duties.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is needed
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods (sushi prep included)
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25 per hour
