Takeaway Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Takeaway Assistant to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving takeaway orders, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in person, over the phone, or via delivery apps
• Prepare food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Package takeaway orders neatly and correctly
• Handle payments (cash and EFTPOS)
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen, and front-of-house areas
• Restock supplies and ensure items are fresh and available
• Follow health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Provide friendly and helpful service at all times

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $43.34 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
