About the Team:
The Talent Attraction Associate supports the development and execution of talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s employer brand and engage early-career talent. This role works closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to deliver impactful campaigns, manage campus engagement activities, and create compelling content that enhances the organisation’s visibility among potential candidates.
Job Description:
  • Support the planning and execution of talent attraction and employer branding initiatives across digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
  • Assist in organising and delivering campus engagement activities such as career fairs, networking sessions, mentorship programmes and recruitment events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, advise on market trends, and define recruitment strategies.
  • Develop engaging content and marketing materials (e.g. social media posts, newsletters, digital assets) to promote the organisation’s employer brand and talent opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis on talent market trends, competitor employer branding activities and social media performance to inform outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and a positive candidate experience throughout talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline at a reputable university with strong academic credentials; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required, expected to graduate by Jun 2026 and join us by Jul 2026
  • Prior internship or full-time experience in employer branding or recruitment
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to work in a high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into creative talent attraction campaigns and engagement strategies.
