The Talent Attraction Intern will support the Talent Acquisition (Marketing & Branding) team in executing campaigns, creating engaging content, and assisting with brand awareness initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media management, campaign coordination, and marketing analytics.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in marketing, communications, or brand management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

• Support the team in coordinating marketing activities across different platforms and channels.

• Help prepare campaign reports and summaries.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Support the development of marketing materials including captions, graphics, and basic promotional assets.

• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights on post performance.

Research & Market Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.

• Help gather insights that support campaign strategy and marketing initiatives.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist in organizing marketing documents, trackers, and campaign calendars.

• Support coordination of marketing events, promotions, or internal campaigns.

• Maintain organized files and marketing assets.

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams such as HR, Recruitment, or Operations to support marketing needs.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a college degree in any field and is currently enrolled and completing internship hours.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Creative mindset and genuine interest in workplace culture and employee wellbeing.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a collaborative environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools

• Prior experience in school organizations or event planning is a plus but not required.
