Responsibilities:
1) Talent Management
a. Review and update talent management framework for key management talents in Asia pacific region
b. Enable the annual talent review cycle through communication of key deliverables @ regional level.
c. Conduct analysis on talent pools, identify issues and propose countermeasure to accelerate talent development and deployment.
d. Support group companies in talent review sessions and roll up to succession plans & development plans for key positions @ country
level.
e. Support and help drive Talent Actions/Outcomes from Talent Review meetings at both regional & country level
f. Champion change initiatives, reinforce communication, and advocate the development planning process
2) Talent Development
a. Review and update development roadmap for leadership program in the region
b. Design and review the content with subject experts and stakeholders
c. Coordinate and organize Leadership & Professional Development training initiatives in the Asia Pacific region
d. Support global leadership program and ensure alignment
3) Performance Management
a. Coordinate with vendors on the E-platform for Performance management systems for Asia Pacific region
b. Support countries’ HR managers in revamping respective performance management tools as well as processes
c. Others
4) Talent Acquisition
a. Conduct needs analysis at country level
b. Work with country HR and HQ/HR to implement talent acquisition strategies in Japan universities
c. Provide regional/local perspective on labor markets, recruiting channels, talent pools, and competitive landscape to the country HR
d. Develop recruitment channels/networks in the region
5) Others
a. Responsible for maintaining and updating of HR data in the region
b. Prepare various reports for the region management
c. Provide support to Head, Human Resources on various project preparation and implementation.
d. Any other duties deemed necessary by management
Requirements:
1. Degree in any discipline
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience & above
3. Hands on experiences in all areas relating payroll, benefits, policies, recruitment and selection; Talent Management & development;
SAP/ success factor etc.(preferably)
4. Experience working in a MNC (Multinational company) environment
5. Resourceful, meticulous. agile learning, able to work with ambiguity and analytical individual with exemplary system thinking, planning
and execution skills and able to handle multiple projects concurrently. Enjoy creating new initiative and put it into implmentation.
6. Good interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skill
7. Able to make business trip to overseas
