Tax Accountant (Hybrid | Dayshift)

As a Tax Accountant (Senior Advisor), you'll prepare Australian/US financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for review. You’ll manage journals, support documentation, liaise with the Australian Taxation Office, and assist with research, ensuring accuracy while contributing to seamless global accounting and client solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Developing knowledge and exposure to Australian/US taxation and accounting legislation and associated requirements
• 3 years’ experience as Australian/US Tax Accountant or working in a similar corporate environment
• CA or Part CA equivalent qualified, or in the process of starting/completing
• Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualification
• Possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal qualities
• Able to present confidently
• Display initiative and be excited to help create innovative solutions in a changing world of service delivery

What You’ll Be Handling:

• Preparation of Australian/US financial statements for all entities including sole traders, companies, trusts, and partnerships for review by the engagement manager
• Preparation of Australian/US income tax returns for all entities including individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships for review by the engagement manager
• Preparation of Australian/US business activity statements for review by the engagement manager
• Preparation of workpapers to support the completion of the above for review by the engagement manager
• Processing of journals into client software
• Contacting the Australian/US Taxation Office in relation to various client matters including payment arrangements
• Reviewing and sorting of client information
• Assisting with research for the preparation of advice and file notes

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
