The International Tax Analyst will assist the tax department with the corporation’s U.S. tax compliance function. As part of the shared services center team in the Philippines, the Analyst will work closely with the U.S. tax team by primarily gathering data, preparing workpapers, and preparing tax forms in tax compliance software. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.
The role also leverages digital tools and AI-assisted solutions to improve efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and support standardized processes within a shared services environment.
- Prepare US compliance related to foreign entities (e.g. Form 5471, 8858, etc.).
- Assume responsibility for the preparation of the international tax provision for certain international subsidiaries.
- Assists with maintaining tax records, related schedules and reports, and tax calendar for tracking dues dates of all filings.
- Proactively interact with the Company’s accounting systems and finance personnel to gather information, resolve tax-related problems, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare VAT reconciliations.
- Work with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Savant for data preparation and basic reporting.
- Use AI-assisted tools to draft documentation and workpapers

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- With 1-3 years of U.S. federal & state income tax compliance experience and Latin American jurisdictions (VAT)
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience with Thomson Reuter’s ONESOURCE or other similar tax compliance software.
- Computer proficiency in ERP (DAX365 or other equivalent system), accounting mainframe systems and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to or willingness to learn AI tools and digital solutions
- Basic understanding of data handling and automation concepts is an advantage
