About the role

As a Tech Lead, you’ll play a key role in building secure, scalable and high‑performance systems that power financial service. You’ll act as a technical role model, coach, and active contributor, guiding architectural decisions while staying deeply involved in coding.

• Lead architecture and design decisions for complex fintech systems

• Write clean, scalable, modern code

• Support the team through mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance

• Ensure high quality, security and compliance

• Collaborate with product owners to turn business needs into technical solutions

Who we think you are

You’re an experienced developer who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership, and you thrive in a domain where reliability, performance and security truly matter.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience in modern software development

• Strong understanding of system design and architecture

• Experience working in fintech or other regulated, high‑complexity environments

• Experience leading or coaching other developers

• Strong communication skills and the ability to create alignment

• A pragmatic, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset

What You Bring

• Solid software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking

• Experience with backend development in complex, data‑heavy systems

• Strong database knowledge (data modeling, schema evolution, performance)

  • MS SQL Server experience is a plus

• Understanding of API design (REST/RPC)

• Experience with C++ or C# is a bonus

• Domain expertise in financial or administrative systems is highly valued
