What you will do:

• Employ proactive hunting and recruitment strategies, leveraging social networks, databases, professional platforms, and other resources to identify qualified candidates;
• Analyze and sort profiles according to job requirements;
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including competency-based interviews;
• To prepare reports on the interviewed candidates;
• Send resumes to managers and facilitate interview scheduling with selected candidates;
• Sending negative feedback;
• Update the selection processes in ATS;

What we are looking for:

• Experience in conducting the Recruitment and Selection process from start to finish;
• Solid experience in technology market positions such as: SAP, Data, Software Development, Software Quality, Product and Agile;
• Vivência com alto volume de vagas e vagas complexas;
• Experience with LinkedIn and Boolean searches;
• Experience using ATS;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prioritizing the satisfaction of internal clients and candidates;
• Proactivity, a sense of urgency, and organization.
• English for conversation, reading and writing (at least B2 level);

Nice to have:

• Experience using process/project management platforms (Trello or Clickup);
• Having worked in consulting or a software development company.
