We are looking for a Junior-level Technical Documentation / Technical Writer/ Communication Specialist to support IT projects by creating clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation. This role focuses on preparing release-related documents, architecture and development materials, and IT presentations that will serve as references for solutions architects and developers.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a traditional technical writer role focused on user manuals. The emphasis is on documentation, presentations, and written communication for IT systems and solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have IT-related experience and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand language for emails, presentations, and collaterals
• Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills
• Prior experience working with an IT team or organization is a plus
• Target level: Junior, with approximately 2–4 years of experience
• Portfolio required upon endorsement, showcasing previous IT-related documentation or presentation work

Responsibilities

• Prepare release notes, system documentation, architecture, and development documents
• Research and interpret technical and business requirements for documentation
• Create content that helps developers and architects understand system design and workflows
• Maintain and update wiki or knowledge-base documentation standards
• Create, test, and troubleshoot online help content for software applications
• Review and edit documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Participate in project discussions and present ideas constructively

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
