We are a privately-held independent fastener distribution company that provides Class ?C? items, safety equipment (PPE), kits and assemblies, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs, and other supplies used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers? needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
• Ensure customer quotes and orders are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
• Assist customers with finding solutions to address their needs
• Support Field Sales Representatives
• Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships

Qualification Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Positive and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Creativity and a desire to WORK HARD and HAVE FUN
• Entrepreneurial, aggressive and dedicated achiever

The following experience is a plus but not required:

• Prior technical sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of fasteners
• Epicor P21 experience
• An associate, technical or bachelor degree
