Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while working closely with engineering, product, QA, security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple workstreams.
• Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog and priorities.
• Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methods; run ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, retros).
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans and escalation paths.
• Coordinate technical teams on architecture decisions, integration points, environments, and release readiness.
• Ensure delivery quality through test planning, UAT coordination, defect triage, and go-live/hypercare support.
• Maintain project artifacts: RAID logs, schedules, status reports, release notes, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership—provide weekly status, decision points, and actionable insights.
• Support vendor/partner management when applicable (SOWs, deliverables, timelines).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management delivering software/platform projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs/integrations, cloud basics, and modern delivery practices (CI/CD a plus).
• Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• PMP/PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, SAFe certification
• Experience with cloud migrations, data/analytics platforms, or security/compliance-driven projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php170,000.00 per month
