- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, resulting in improved project completion time and customer satisfaction.
Data Management and Integration:
- Oversee data integration using tools such as Informatica IICS, Snowflake, and IDQ.
- Ensure the centralization and consolidation of data from multiple sources.
- Promote self-service capabilities for data exploration and analysis.
Data Governance and Quality:
- Establish and enforce data governance best practices.
- Monitor data quality and deliver dashboards to track performance and improve decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate progress through regular status updates and reports.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage an offshore-onshore hybrid team of 20+ professionals.
- Drive team productivity and ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize performance dashboards for real-time project monitoring.
Change Management:
- Anticipate and adapt to changes in requirements, scope, and technology.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of the data hub.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with data integration tools (IICS, Snowflake, IDQ), data visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI), and data governance practices.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading IT initiatives, achieving on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Team Management: Experience managing large, distributed teams in an offshore-onshore model.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in creating and monitoring project metrics and dashboards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
