Technical Recruiter

Work Details:

• Work Setup: 3x a week onsite in Makati City; Day shift
• Type: 12-month Project-Based

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Source potential candidates on different platforms
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical leads
• Collect feedback from interviewers and guide the decision-making process
• Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports
• Contribute to the overall improvement of recruitment processes and strategies

Requirements:

• Proven at least 1-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter, preferably within recruitment services or a similar industry
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, online/video, and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of different sourcing techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
