Technical Recruiter

Responsible to ensure the smooth running of all Technical recruitment related processes, procedures and activities in the company, support his/her team and immediate supervisor in driving recruitment to achieve hiring targets, contact point for employees’ recruitment related inquiries.

• Have excellent verbal and written English
• Good technical hiring knowledge
• At least 2-years technical recruitment experience
• Excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; Internet)
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines
• Flexibility and willingness for work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

Qualifications - External

About the Role

• Full recruiting process for all technical positions in the Philippines
• Proactively research, develop and execute on various recruiting strategies, create and maintain candidate database
• Conduct phone and face to face interviews and coordinate candidate technical testing
• Prepare and negotiate job offers skills
• Administer the whole recruiting process from initial contact to on-boarding
• Report on internal company metrics related to key data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
