Technical Sales Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical resource when resolving customer-related concerns and cement-related issues
• Organize and conduct product presentations to contractors and ready mix cement batching plants
• Sales administration: preparation and delivery of reports; Pricing Management; Accounts Receivables Management
• Identify market opportunities to grow the market share
• Maintain an organized and methodical approach to the sales process from prospecting to closing and after-sales service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering, or with equivalent experience in the cement industry
• At least 5 years of experience or background in cement / ready mix / admixtures / gypsum from reputable companies
• With cement chemistry knowledge and thorough understanding of Cement products and their various applications
• Technical knowledge of the cement production process and cement standards
• Has good verbal and written communication skills, with attention to conveying accurate and appropriate information
• Good organization, human relations, and decision-making abilities
• Customer service focused, to provide solutions to customer requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
