What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory by developing relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, food & beverage, pharma, and other industrial sectors
• Conduct onsite assessments and recommend customized marking and coding solutions
• Drive full-cycle sales—from prospecting and presentations to closing and follow-up
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless support and onboarding
• Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in B2B sales—experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing required.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunter’s mentality
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory and occasionally beyond
• Familiarity with marking, coding, or packaging systems is a strong asset
