Technical Sales Representative

ARM Distribution is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers across the Leinster region - helping them choose the right products, solving technical challenges, and driving business growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with our technical team and work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of our products and the autobody repair and refinish industry.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and execute strategies to achieve targets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers (technical knowledge is an advantage).
• Analyse sales data and customer trends to inform business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the autobody repair or refinish industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• A genuine interest in the automotive and refinish sector.
