Technical Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist with solid experience in the packaging& printing industry to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or any related course
• With at least 2–3 years experience in Technical Sales, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain technical product features to clients clearly
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• With valid driver’s license (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support and manage technical aspects of business development
• Meet with clients to understand, address, and resolve technical concerns and requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations and project requirements are met
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Support the delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and company capabilities
