JOB OBJECTIVE

This position is required to monitor sensor alerts for Healthcare facilities, assets and its departments and to professionally handle alerts by documenting status, relaying information and findings in a prompt but accurate manner.

This position is required to provide support for Woolworths and B asic alarm monitoring function, including but not limited to: interrogating alarm information via connecting to customer software , relaying refrigeration / HVAC alarms, dispatching work orders and other customer requests pursuant to customer specifications for a 24/7 department operations.

This position is also required to provide L evel I support to at least one Specialized Function among Operations, System Administration, Audit, Training or other Cold Chain services while performing basic function for alarm management for Healthcare .

MAIN DUTIES

ALARM MANAGEMENT for HEALTHCARE

1. Responsible for interrogation of digital communication, assets, refrigeration, and/or HVAC alarms received and diagnosing them based on Service Level Agreement with external customers

2. Deliver alarm information with accurate documentation by calling or sending email to external customers

3. Clear and Acknowledge alerts in specific Healthcare departments based on customer procedures

4. Generate and dispatch service work orders pursuant to customer procedures

5. Provide support to Food Retail (Food Lion, Sprouts, and Woolworths)

6. Answer inbound and transferred calls and address them as necessary

7. Pulling of high aged fresh alerts from the dashboard to ensure alerts are processed within SLA

SPECIALIZED FUNCTION

Provide support but not limited to the tasks from specialized function, where applicable,

Operations:

  • Manpower Report

  • Process-related assistance within shift

  • PIC Level 1 & 2 responsibilities

System Administration :

  • Communication Test Report (CTR) processing

  • Contact Updates

  • Checking Case Sources for Basic Customers

  • Site Commissioning

  • Associating Meijer Tech

Quality Assurance

  • Notes Audit

  • Process Training Module Discussion (New Hire and Catch Up)

  • Updating of Training Materials/Modules

Data Analytics

  • Regular format customer reports (Daily, Weekly)

Customer Success

Project Coordination

Instructional Design

Adh oc

  • Process Calibration

  • Buddying

  • Socials Committee

  • Process Document Review/Update

2. Deliver task accurately and with good quality based on standards set by the customer and/or Department
