TECHNICAL MACHINE OPERATORS (Tech I Advancement Path)

2nd & 3rd Shift | $20–$26/hr + Shift Differential

We’re expanding and hiring mechanically inclined Machine Operators who want to grow into Technician 1 roles.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, learning how machines work, and taking responsibility for the entire process from start to finish, we want to meet you.

This is NOT a basic operator role — it’s a technical development track with real advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Start as a Machine Operator and progress toward Technician responsibilities, including:
• Performing machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Troubleshooting during material changes and minor process issues
• Ensuring machines run safely, efficiently, and within quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Assisting technicians during repairs and advanced adjustments
• Documenting downtime, scrap, and production data
• Maintaining effective communication with the team

Shifts & Pay

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am

Pay: $20–$26/hr, based on technical experience
Shift Differential: Available for off-shift hours
