We're looking for a Technology Project Coordinator (6-month contract) to support the rollout and adoption of our workflow management tool across the organisation.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Innovation, this role coordinates project activities, gathers business requirements, supports user training, and monitors day‑to‑day usage of the tool. The role works with stakeholders across the business to ensure workflows are effectively implemented and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate the rollout and implementation of the workflow management tool
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and escalate risks or issues
- Support the development of project plans, communications, and engagement activities
- Lead requirements‑gathering with stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable workflows aligned to organisational objectives
- Provide day‑to‑day support and act as the first point of contact for user queries
- Develop and maintain user documentation and self‑help guides
- Monitor usage and adoption, identifying gaps or opportunities for improvement

You are a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working with stakeholders to improve processes and support change, with the following key skills:
- Experience in project coordination or project management roles
Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into practical workflows
- High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
- Commitment to supporting change and driving user adoption
- Diploma of Project Management or equivalent experience
Experience within the superannuation or funds management industry
Experience supporting technology or system rollout projects
- Familiarity with workflow, automation, or productivity tools
- Exposure to change management or user adoption activities
